The present invention relates to a transparent oil gel type cosmetic composition comprising: 1-10 wt% of polyglyceryl-10 stearate； 1-5 wt% of an anionic surfactant, 1-10 wt% of PEG-8 stearate, 1-10 wt% of ethanol, 1-20 wt% of polyol, and 1-50 wt% of oil. According to the present invention, a transparent oil gel type cosmetic composition with a very small-sized particle has significantly improved absorptivity and moisturing ability. In particular, a transparent sun gel comprising ultraviolet light blocking oil as a transparent gel with a small particle can be effectively used in the field.본 발명은 투명한 오일젤 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 폴리글리세린-10 스테아레이트 1 내지 10 중량%, 음이온 계면활성제 1 내지 5 중량%, PEG-8 스테아레이트 1 내지 10 중량%, 에탄올 1 내지 10 중량%, 폴리올 1 내지 20 중량% 및 오일 1 내지 50 중량%로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 투명한 오일젤 화장료 조성물은 입자 크기가 매우 작아 흡수력 및 보습력이 월등히 향상되었을 뿐만 아니라 입자가 작은 투명한 젤로서 특히 자외선 차단 오일을 포함하는 투명한 선(sun) 젤을 제조할 수 있어 당분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
