PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platelet aggregation inhibitor taking Aggrus as a target and having 3-phenoxychromone compound as an active ingredient, and a pharmaceutical composition containing such platelet aggregation inhibitor, used for inhibiting platelet aggregation and for the prevention and/or treatment of cancerous tumor.SOLUTION: By screening low molecular weight compounds inhibiting the Aggrus-dependent platelet aggregation and also bonding with the Aggrus and inhibiting the interaction with CLEC-2, the 3-phenoxychromone compounds, especially a 3-phenoxychromone compound having carboxyalkyleneoxy group at the 7 position is found to have an excellent behavior.
