PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sebum-resistant powder that can effectively prevent diffusion of sebum in skin, and cosmetics that contain the powder and thus have improved cosmetic durability and use feelings.SOLUTION: A sebum-resistant powder is obtained by surface-treating zinc oxide with a specific surface of 5-60 m2/g, using diacyl glutamic acid lysine salt or N-acylamino acid salt in a rate of 0.5-10 wt.% to the zinc oxide.
