According to the present invention, the blood vessel clip includes a first arm, a second arm, and an elastic member. The first arm includes: a first connection cross-section unit having a first bearing surface formed on a side a first clamping unit which is extended from the first connection cross-section unit in the length direction to clamp blood vessels and the guide which is formed to have a guide groove in connection area between the first connection cross-section unit and the first clamping unit.
