PURPOSE: A bio-feedback electronic health band is provided to effectively strengthen abdominal muscles by enabling a user to contract the muscles. CONSTITUTION: A bio-feedback electronic health band (1) comprises a band body (10), a tension sensor (30), and an alarm unit (40). The band body is formed to enable a user to wear the band. The tension sensor is installed at the band body to detect tension at the band body. The alarm unit generates an alarm signal according to the signal of the tension sensor. The alarm unit generates the alarm signal. When the state of the abdominal muscles is changed, the alarm unit stops the occurrence of the alarm signal.본 발명은 복부가 이완된 것을 알려줄 수 있는 바이오 피드백 전자 복대에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 바이오 피드백 전자 복대는, 사람의 허리에 찰 수 있도록 형성된 복대 몸체, 상기 복대 몸체에 걸리는 장력을 검출할 수 있도록 상기 복대 몸체에 설치된 장력 센서, 및 상기 장력 센서의 신호에 따라 알림 신호를 발생시키는 알림부를 포함한다. 상기 장력 센서는 상기 복대 몸체를 찬 사람의 복근이 수축된 상태에서 이완된 상태로 변화하면 신호를 출력하여 알림부가 알림 신호를 발생시키도록 한다.
