The invention provides an antiperspirant/deodorant composition having (a) 2 w/w %-30 w/w % of an antiperspirant/deodorant active； (b) 0.01 w/w %-20 w/w % of an emulsifier mixture, wherein the emulsifier mixture is one or more of a polyglycerol ester having an HLB value between 3 and 16, and (c) 30 w/w %-95 w/w % of an aqueous solvent, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition may be free of any emollients and may be incorporated into formulations for end-user body care products in the form of an aerosol, pump spray, liquid, roll-on, lotion, cream, gel, stick, solid, soft solid or antiperspirant/deodorant wipe.
