PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a drink using sweetener of a high degree of sweetness, capable of manufacturing a drink having a favorable aftertaste of sweetness and scent, and good body and taste.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a drink containing pulp includes a process of causing pulp to get in contact with flavor to make the pulp to adsorb the flavor, a process of preparing undiluted solution of the drink containing sweetener of a high degree of sweetness, and a process of mixing the pulp after adsorbing the flavor with the undiluted solution of the drink. Although the drink containing the pulp contains the sweetener of a high degree of sweetness, the drink containing the pulp is manufacturable having favorable aftertaste of sweetness and scent, and a good body and taste.【課題】高甘味度甘味料を使用した飲料の製造方法であって、甘味の後味や香り立ちが良好で、良好なボディー感や旨みを有する飲料を製造可能な飲料の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】さのうに香料を接触させて前記さのうに前記香料を吸着させる工程と、高甘味度甘味料を含有する飲料原液を調製する工程と、前記香料を吸着させたさのうと前記飲料原液とを混合する工程と、を含むさのう入り飲料の製造方法によれば、さのう入り飲料が高甘味度甘味料を含有するにもかかわらず、甘味の後味や香り立ちが良好で、良好なボディー感や旨みを有するさのう入り飲料を製造することができる。【選択図】なし
