The present invention relates to an indoor-outdoor intravenous drip hanger and, more specifically, to an indoor-outdoor intravenous drip hanger having indoor and outdoor wheels separately to hygienically use the intravenous drip hanger, which is used outdoors, indoors. The indoor-outdoor intravenous drip hanger of the present invention, in the intravenous drip hanger, includes: an intravenous drip hanger post (10) an outdoor wheel plate (20) including a hole (22) through which the intravenous drip hanger post penetrate, a fixing groove (24), and outdoor wheels (26) and an indoor wheel plate (30) including a hole (32) formed in a bottom surface of the outdoor wheel plate (20) and through which the intravenous drip hanger post (10) penetrate, a fixing bolt (34) fixated to the fixing groove (24) of the outdoor fixing groove (24), and indoor wheels (36) and a spring installed in the intravenous drip hanger post (10) between the outdoor wheel plate (20) and the indoor wheel plate (10). In case of using the indoor-outdoor intravenous drip hanger outdoors, the outdoor wheels (26) are placed on a floor by fixing the fixing bolt (34) to the fixing groove (24) of the outdoor wheel plate. In case of using the indoor-outdoor intravenous drip hanger indoors, the outdoor wheel plate (20) is placed on the top of the indoor wheel plate (30) by using a rebound of the spring by unfastening the fixing bolt (34) from the fixing groove (24).
