The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing odors and toxic gases through high-voltage electrolysis using liquid fertilizers. The apparatus uses the liquid fertilizers as an electrical discharge medium to directly apply a high voltage into the liquid fertilizers to economically and efficiently remove the odors and toxic gases from the liquid fertilizers, remove the secondary pollution byproducts thereof, lower the maintenance cost by not using chemicals, and naturally adds the byproducts of the decomposed odors and toxic gases to the liquid fertilizers to enhance the quality.
