A vaporisable liquid mixture of pure or near pure (>；95%) cannabidiol (CBD) together with a solvent, emulsifier or other additive, distinct from combustible or smoke-able mixtures is provided. The vaporisable liquid mixture may further include a flavouring agent and/or nicotine or other active substance. A vaporisable liquid comprising 10mg CBD mixed with 100% propylene glycol (10ml) and a vaporisable liquid comprising 10mg CBD mixed with vegetable glycerine (10ml) are exemplified. A temperature control agent may be added to the liquid mixture to prevent combustion where the agent is preferably N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The liquid mixture is intended for use in a vaporiser (heated atomiser).
