PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser therapy device for a laser endoscope, in which a diameter of the endoscope can be comparatively reduced though uniform-intensity laser light can be emitted in a wide range.SOLUTION: An optical fiber for leading laser light for therapy and a guide tube 2b thereof are formed in rectangular cross sections. In the tip of a tube part 2 that is a body tube of an endoscope connected with the tip of the optical fiber, a camera part 11 as imaging means and white LED parts 12 and an ultraviolet LED part 13 as illumination means are disposed by use of ships bottom-shaped gaps C1-C4 formed around the guide tube 2b.
