The present invention provides an apparatus for detecting a bio signal using a bone graft substitute. The apparatus comprises a metal base (10) formed in a shape corresponding to a bone graft site； a longitudinal member (20) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the metal base (10) and detecting a bio signal； a transverse member (30) arranged in the lateral direction of the metal base (10) and detecting a bio signal； and control means (50) for wirelessly transmitting a bio signal generated by applying power to the longitudinal member (20) and the lateral member (30).
