A cosmetic product in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion containing: (A) from 20 to 30 wt.% Oil component； (B) a fatty acid ester having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value of 5 to 10； (C) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of from 1 to 4； (D) a clay mineral modified with organic matter； and (E) water, where volatile hydrocarbon oil is 10 wt.% or more by weight of the oil component (A) and silicone oil is not contained. 2. A cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein the volatile hydrocarbon oil is 20% or more by weight of the oil component (A). The cosmetic product according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the volatile hydrocarbon oil is one species or a mixture of two or more species selected from isododecane, isohexadecane and hydrogenated polyisobutene. The cosmetic product according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of the fatty acid ester (B) having an HLB value of 5 to 10 is from 0.01 to 2% by weight. A cosmetic product according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of nonionic surfactant (C) having an HLB value of from 1 to 4 is from 0.1 to 5% by weight. The cosmetic product according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of the clay mineral (D) modified with an organic substance is from 1 to 20 wt.%.1.
