摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Osteosynthesis system comprises anchoring screws intended to be implanted in a respective vertebra, at least one connecting element intended for interconnecting the anchor screws, means for tightening the connecting element on each anchor screw. At least one of the anchor screws comprises a bone anchoring element with longitudinal axis AA, comprising a threaded anchor rod extended at the end with a connecting head and a screw head for connecting the connecting element with the bone anchoring element. Said screw, which is mounted movably on the bone anchoring element, comprises a body with longitudinal axis BB, intersected in the longitudinal direction by a channel having a receiving cavity in the lower part for accommodating the connecting head of the anchoring element. Device comprises means for straightening the bone anchoring element relative to the screw head during tightening of the connecting element on the anchor screw, wherein said straightening means is arranged in such a way as to straighten the threaded rod of the bone anchoring element and install the former along longitudinal axis BB of the body of the screw head. Anchor screw is designed for use in said osteosynthesis system, comprises a bone anchoring element, made at one of its ends with a screw head for connecting a connecting element to a bone anchoring element. Bone anchoring element comprises a threaded rod for anchoring in the vertebra, extended at the end by means of a connecting head for connection with the screw head, where said screw head includes a body intersected in the longitudinal direction by a channel. Said channel has in the lower part a receiving cavity for receiving the connecting head of the fastening element. Receiving cavity comprises a first region of increasing cross-section in the direction of the bone anchoring element, starting at the lower end of the screw head, a second region of decreasing cross-section
