A wearable tubing safety vest configured to harness medical treatment deliverytubing and/or communication cables. The tubing safety vest comprises a vestcomponent having a body-encompassing component cooperable with a pluralityof releasably securable flaps, and an elongate tubing harness configured toreleasably receive and retain therethrough at least one of medical treatmentdelivery tubing and communication cables. The tubing harness may be securelyengaged with the vest component or alternatively, at least one hinge componentcan be interposed the vest component and the tubing harness. The vest componentis configured for demountably encircling a mammalian body torso, e.g, a humaninfant torso, juvenile torso, or an adult torso. The tubing harness may be demountablyengaged with the front or with the back of the vest component. The wearble tubingsafety vest may be optionally configured for demountable engagement about ananimals torso.
