PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wound healing promoting solution having an effect of promoting healing of pressure ulcers and wounds. A method for producing a wound healing promoting solution has a step of irradiating an aqueous solution containing L-sodium lactate with plasma. In the step of irradiating with plasma, Ar gas is caused to flow from the gas supply port 122 into the chamber 120, and the aqueous solution is irradiated with plasma in an atmosphere purged with Ar gas. The aqueous solution contains sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and calcium chloride. [Selection diagram] Figure 1【課題】 褥瘡や創傷部の治癒を促進する効果を有する創傷治癒促進溶液の製造方法を提供することである。【解決手段】 創傷治癒促進溶液の製造方法は、Ｌ－乳酸ナトリウムを含有する水溶液にプラズマを照射する工程を有する。プラズマを照射する工程では、ガス供給口１２２からチャンバー１２０にＡｒガスを流し、Ａｒガスによりパージした雰囲気内で水溶液にプラズマを照射する。水溶液は、塩化ナトリウムと、塩化カリウムと、塩化カルシウムと、を含有する。【選択図】図１
