The elastic cap valve has an inlet and an outlet, and is placed on the top surface of a hub. The filter valve has a filter part communicating with the outlet. The filter part is hung between the inner circumferential surface of the elastic cap valve and the inner wall of the hub. When sucking an injectable solution, the elastic cap valve contracts downwardly, the outlet is closed and the inner wall is opened, and the injectable solution is injected into a cylinder through the inlet.
