This is a Methodology and Computer System to "Optimize Human Mind by Recordinga Brief Story ofTime from the perspective of Observer Intelligent Agents".As defined in Artificial Intelligence, every Human is an Intelligent Agent.Intelligent Agents receivepercepts from their environment and perform actions in Time. An ObserverIntelligent Agent is a Humanwho is watching Time (as the container of life) and therefore is outside ofthe Story.This perspective allows Agents to become more aware of the content of theirMinds (feelings, thoughts,life situations, knowledge) and detach from it.The Brief Story of Time spans from January 01 0001 to January 01 2500 [25Volumes (centuries), 250Chapters (decades), 2,500 Sections (years), 912,500 Moments (days)] and theperspective of a human is2.5% of the entire story based on age.Using Aggregated Data, Statistical Reports, and Tags, Individual andCollective Intelligence Factories canbe created.
