Motor vehicle seat has drive lever pivotably mounted on backrest and which by pulling on Bowden cable for release of rake adjuster pivots against force of spring to engage with transmission component
The motor vehicle seat is movable in longitudinal guides (7) and has a backrest (1) pivotable through a rake adjuster (4) operated by a handle (15) via a Bowden cable (16). A pivotably mounted transmission component (20) is connected by a cable to a lock (10) on the guides. A drive lever (19) is pivotably mounted on the backrest and held out of engagement with the transmission component via a spring, and by pulling on the Bowden cable for the release of the rake adjuster pivots against the force of the spring to engage with the transmission component and operates this during the forward raking of the backrest.
