PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal intensive care device which can maximally utilize capacity of an oxygen concentrator by appropriately supplement shortage of oxygen supply capacity of the oxygen concentrator by an oxygen cylinder and can appropriately maintain an oxygen concentration of atmosphere in an intensive care room.SOLUTION: When either one or two, or all of three of an A room 11, B room 12, and C room 13 are used, an animal intensive care device 10 supplies, from an oxygen concentrator 35 alone, a gas containing oxygen only or having a higher oxygen concentration than ambient air to the used intensive care room. Upon passage of a predetermined time, in shortage of oxygen, oxygen supply is switched into supply by an oxygen cylinder 36 alone. Accordingly, the oxygen concentrator 35 is used in its full supply capacity range and shortage of the supply capacity can be supplemented by the oxygen cylinder 36. Consequently, the usage amount of oxygen gas of the oxygen cylinder 36 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 酸素濃縮器の酸素供給能力の不足を酸素ボンベによって適宜補うことによって酸素濃縮器の能力を最大限に活用でき、かつ、集中治療室内の雰囲気の酸素濃度を適切に【解決手段】 動物用集中治療装置10は、A室11、B室12及びC室13のうちのいずれか1室もしくは2室、又は、3室すべてを使用するときに、酸素濃縮器35のみから酸素のみ含む又は周辺大気よりも酸素濃度が高いガスを使用する集中治療室に対して供給し、所定時間の経過時に酸素が不足しているときに、酸素ボンベ36のみによる供給に切り替えるので、酸素濃縮器35をその供給能力の及ぶ範囲で使用し、その供給能力が不足している部分を酸素ボンベ36で補うことが可能となる。ひいては、酸素ボンベ36の酸素ガスの使用量を低減することができる。【選択図】 図2
