An aqueous composition comprising (i) a neuromuscular blocker, which is a derivative of Quaternary ammonium； and (ii) an excipient selected from a polyoxy acid of the following formula: HO — CH— [CH (OH)] —COOH, where n is an integer from 1 to 8, the intramolecular lactone of said polyoxy acid, or a mixture thereof. 2.
