PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pasta dish which enables that a guest partially participates in the preparation of the pasta dish, and whose taste can be guaranteed.SOLUTION: The pasta dish prepared by a cooling method comprising the first process of preparing a sauce, the second process of boiling pasta, the third process of taking out the boiled pasta, and the fourth process of pouring the sauce on the pasta is characterized in that the first process includes a step of preparing the sauce and a step of serving the sauce on a small bawl the second process includes a step of boiling the pasta in a large pan, a step of transferring the boiled pasta to a heat-insulating container, and a process of carrying the heat-insulated container having the pasta therein and the small bawl having the sauce served thereon to the table of the guest the third process includes a process of gradually taking out the boiled pasta from the heat-insulated container put on the table of a guest and serving the taken boiled pasta on a taking dish and the fourth process includes a step of taking out the sauce from the small bawl put on the table of the guest and pouring the sauce on the pasta served on the dish in the third process.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】客がパスタ料理を作ることに一部参加することができ、しかも味を保証できる新しいパスタ料理を提案すること。【解決手段】ソースを作る第1の過程と、パスタを茹でる第2の過程と、茹でたパスタを取り出す第3の過程と、ソースをパスタにかける第4の過程を含む調理方法で作られたパスタ料理において、第1の過程が、ソースを作る過程と、そのソースを小鉢に盛る過程を含むことと、第2の過程が、パスタを大鍋で茹でる過程と、保温容器に茹でたパスタを移す過程と、上記パスタが入っている保温容器と上記ソースが盛られている小鉢を客のテーブルに運ぶ過程を含むことと、第3の過程が、客のテーブルに置かれた上記保温容器から茹でたパスタを少しづつ取り出し皿に盛る過程を含むことと、第4の過程が、客のテーブルに置かれた上記小鉢からソースを取り出し第3の過程で皿に盛られたパスタにかける過程を含むパスタ料理。【選択図】 図1
