SOLUTION: A multivariable analyzer displays multivariable analysis results of one or more types of samples (data) on the same GUI. When the user specifies the specific variable 256 of the specific type on the GUI, the multivariable analyzer extracts and highlightedly displays the sample 250 unique to the specific variable 256, extracts and highlightedly displays other types of samples 252 and 254 having the commonality with the sample 250, and detects and highlightedly displays the marker variables 258 and 259 unique to the samples 252 and 254.
