The present invention provides a multifunctional fish gathering lamp in which, after a lamp, a battery and a printed circuit board for constituting a light emitting means are accommodated in a housing, the housing is filled with a thermosetting resin and is completely sealed, such that the housing can be perfectly protected from water infiltration, only two switch terminals connected to a circuit of the printed circuit board are exposed to the outside of the completely sealed housing, such that the two switch terminals are electrically connected in the water to turn on the lamp, and the two switch terminals are electrically short-circuited outside the water to turn off the lamp, and thus the operation of turning on/off the lamp is automatically performed according to the state of use, thereby improving the convenience in use.
