摘要：: The invention features a therapy that does not use interferon for the treatment of HCV. Preferably, treatment extends over a shorter period, such as 12 weeks or less. In one aspect, the treatment comprises administration of at least two direct-acting antiviral agents and ribavirin to a subject with HCV infection.
