The handle of the spatula (2), consisting of the active part or grip (7) at the bottom and the rod (5) at the top. The handle contains on one side a notch (8) where one can insert another exactly identical spatula, thus transforming the invention into a forceps by overlapping the rod (5) of a spatula in the trench (8) of the active part of another symmetrical spatula when these are located face to face. On one side of the notch comes the rod (5) which can carry reinforcing structures (6) to prevent fractures. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for opening pharmaceutical ampoules. The spatula according to the invention is particularly intended for performing fetal instrumental extraction during the second phase of labor and / or cesarean section.
