A method of monitoring fertilizer absorptivity of plant, comprising the following steps: (A) inserting two needle electrodes respectively into the stem and leaf vein of a plant (B) adding liquid fertilizer to the cultivation medium around the plant root and (C) using the electrodes to perform redox potential scanning on the plant and obtaining an oxidation current data. By inserting the electrodes on the plant to perform redox potential scanning, after the addition of fertilizer, the absorption of fertilizer and nutrient by plant can be realized to greatly shorten the time required for fertilizer research and development.一種監測植物對於施加之肥料吸收度的方法,包含以下步驟:(A)將兩支針狀電極分別插入植物的莖部與一樹葉葉脈中;(B)於植物根部周圍的培養介質中施加液態肥料;及(C)經由該等電極對所述植物進行氧化還原電位掃描,並取得一氧化還原電流資料。透過將該等電極插設於植物上,對其進行氧化還原電位掃瞄的方式,可在施加肥料後,瞭解植物對於肥料養分的吸收情況變化,可大幅縮短肥料開發研究之時程。
