PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipstick cosmetic material suppressed in sticky feeling, excellent in color migration resistance and persistency, and favorable in stability.SOLUTION: The lipstick cosmetic material contains the following components (A) to (C): (A) 15 to 80 mass% of phenyl-modified silicone (B) 1 to 10 mass% of a liquid ester compound which is obtained by esterifying a hyperbranched isostearic acid, or a hyperbranched isostearic alcohol and (C) 1 to 10 mass% of an oil-based gelling agent.
