PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection syringe not causing the rotation of a gasket when installing a plunger, easy to install the plunger to the gasket, further capable of securely preventing the gasket from coming off from the plunger after installing.SOLUTION: The injection syringe 10 comprises the gasket 3, an outer cylinder 2 and the plunger 4. The plunger 4 comprises a helical rib 44 arranged in the outer surface of a head portion 42, the gasket comprises a helical threading portion 33 for threading with the helical rib, an annular rib 34 for preventing the plunger from coming off located near the helical threading portion 33 and in the distal end side of the same, and a helical rib forming site housing portion 32 in the head portion of the plunger.
