Provided is a tailor-made orthotic compression brace for the chest wall and a manufacturing method thereof. The tailor-made orthotic compression brace according to the present invention is manufactured to fit the body bone structure of a patient who has pectus carinatum, may increase correction efficiency of pectus carinatum and may have an additional posture correction effect. The present invention increases the correction effect by constantly maintaining a working pressure which is set by a notification function through a working pressure sensing while setting a working pressure of a chest compression piece corresponding to the current body state of a user. When the tailor-made orthotic compression brace is worn on the user&prime；s body, it is not shown outside and does not cause inconvenience since the rear side is open. The tailor-made orthotic compression brace for the chest wall is molded to fit each user&prime；s body such as chest and back and, includes: a main body band shaped in a cut band form； a compression piece fixed inside the main body band； and a connection hole that connects the cut main body band, wherein the user&prime；s body is compressed by the compression piece fixed in the main body band which is worn tightly, surrounding the chest and back parts of the user&prime；s body.본 발명은 신체 맞춤형 흉벽 보조기 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 신체 맞춤형 흉벽 보조기 및 그의 제조방법은 새가슴 환자의 신체 골격에 맞추어 제작됨에 따라 새가슴 교정효율의 증대와 더불어 부가적인 자세교정 효과도 기대할 수 있으며, 사용자의 현재 신체 상태에 맞추어 가슴압박편의 작용압력이 설정되는 한편 작용압력 센싱을 통한 알림기능으로 설정된 작용압력이 지속적으로 유지되도록 유도하여 교정효과를 증대시키고, 뒤트임으로 제작되어 사용자의 신체에 착용되더라도 외관상 표시가 나지 않을 뿐만 아니라 사용자의 각종 신체동작에 불편함이 없도록 한다.본 발명에 따른 신체 맞춤형 흉벽 보조기는 가슴과 등이 위치한 신체 부위에 맞추어 성형된 것이되 사용자의 개별 신체에 맞추어 이루어진 것이고, 절개된 밴드 형상으로 이루어지는 본체 밴드와； 본체 밴드의 내측면에 고정되는 압박편 및； 절개된 상기 본체 밴드를 연결시키는 연결구를 포함하여, 사용자 신체의 가슴 부위와 등 부위를 둘러싸며 밀착되게 착용되는 본체 밴드에 고정된 압박편에 의해 사용자의 신체 부위가 가압되도록 한다.
