Further, the invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising these dual CAR T-cells and their use in treatment of cancer, in particular multiple myeloma, and methods for preparation of these cells.La présente invention concerne des lymphocytes T exprimant au moins deux récepteurs antigéniques chimériques différents, l'un des CAR se liant de manière spécifique à CD138 et un autre CAR se liant de manière spécifique à CD38. En particulier, la présente invention concerne des lymphocytes T exprimant deux CAR différents, un CAR comprend un Fv sc anti-CD138 et le second CAR comprend un Fv sc anti-CD138.
