According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for analyzing an image of a capsule endoscopic, which comprises the following steps. A capsule endoscopic image analysis device receives signs from a user. The capsule endoscopic image analysis device uses disease information included in a knowledge model to determine a disease in which the signs may appear. The capsule endoscopic image analysis device determines findings which can be seen in a gastrointestinal tract due to the disease by using finding information included in the knowledge model. The capsule endoscopic image analysis device separately provides frames in which the findings appeared in an image photographed by the capsule endoscope.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 캡슐 내시경 영상 분석 방법은, 캡슐내시경 영상 분석 장치가, 사용자로부터 증상(Signs)을 제공받는 단계； 상기 캡슐내시경 영상 분석 장치가, 지식 모델에 포함된 질병 정보를 이용하여 상기 증상이 나타날 수 있는 질병(Disease)을 판단하는 단계； 상기 캡슐내시경 영상 분석 장치가, 상기 지식 모델에 포함된 발견 정보를 이용하여 상기 질병으로 인해 위장관에서 볼 수 있는 발견(Findings)를 판단하는 단계； 및 상기 캡슐내시경 영상 분석 장치가, 캡슐내시경이 촬영한 영상에서 상기 발견이 나타난 프레임만 별도로 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
