Disclosed is an anastomotic stent for dissimilar organs. A stent for anastomosis of different kinds of organs according to the present invention includes a main body and at least one fixing means provided in the main body, and at least a part of the main body is any one of different kinds of organs requiring anastomosis. The rest of the body is inserted into another of the different organs, and the distance between the different organs that are in close contact with each other for anastomosis is maintained by the fixing means.
