The present invention integrates a heating module and a mixing module (a homomixer, a hand label apparatus) inside the mixing container portion and the auxiliary container portions while having a container cover to seal a container in order to safely and effectively manfacture the customized cosmetic product through a sealed space at the same time. Especially, the present invention enables to store recipe data of various kinds of customized cosmetic products for manufacturing the customized cosmetic product in the manufacturing apparatus, therefore enables to suggest a recipe of the customized cosmetic product corresponding to a user&primes skin in accordance with diagnosis data of a skin diagnosis apparatus connected to the manufacturing apparatus through wire and wireless communications. Or the user enables to directly select a recipe corresponding to his/her skin, or manufactures a recipe of his/her customized cosmetic product by changing the selected recipe of the customized cosmetic product as well as changing an operation setting of the manufacturing apparatus.
