Provided are a dairy product-like processed food which enables rice to be consumed and a manufacturing method therefor. The dairy product-like processed food contains rice. This processed food may be a processed food in which rice slurry containing ground rice and dispersing agents is mixed with rice flour, refined rice flour, or top-grade rice flour. The method for manufacturing dairy product-like processed food is provided with a step of wet-grinding of the rice, and a step of mixing the rice slurry produced by the wet-grinding with the prescribed raw ingredients of the processed food.
