The invention relates to a nose splint (1), configured to be applied to the face of a subject, comprising: - a conformation layer (3) in the form of a sheet, configured to conform a nasal part by pressing on a part of face, the conformation layer (3) having an inner face (5) complementary in shape to a predefined model of the face portion； - the conformation layer (3) having a conformation zone (13), configured to conform the nasal portion； - the conformation layer (3) having a first upper positioning zone (15) configured to abut a face front portion； and the conformation layer (3) comprising a second and a third lower lateral positioning zones (17, 19), each configured to rest on a face portion near the nasal portion. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a nose splint (1).
