PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for sensing x-rays and a &gamma；-ray hybrid image of a DTS(Digital Tomosynthesis System) are provided to improve exact discrimination by providing X-rays and &gamma；-ray hybrid images through a hybrid image sensing device. CONSTITUTION: X-rays are outputted while being projected to an object. Comparators(43-45) compares a preset reference voltage with the output of an amplifier(42). A photoelectric conversion device changes &gamma；-rays, which is emitted from inserted drug, into electric signals. An X-ray counter(47) outputs a signal corresponding to the number counting a photon. A &gamma；-ray counter(48) outputs a signal corresponded to the number counted by the &gamma；-rays.본 발명은 디지털 단층합성 촬영장치(DTS, Digital Tomosynthesis System)에서 X-선과 γ-선 하이브리드 영상을 센싱하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일면에 따른, 디지털 단층합성 촬영 장치에 구비되는 하이브리드 영상 센싱 장치는, 대상체에서 투영되어 나오는 X-선 또는 상기 대상체에 미리 주입된 약물로부터 방출되는 γ-선을 전기적 신호로 변환하는 광전 변환 수단의 출력을 처리하는 회로； 상기 회로에서 처리된 신호로부터 상기 X-선에 의하여 상기 광전 변환 수단에서 발생한 광자를 계수한 수에 대응되는 신호를 출력하는 X-선 계수기； 및 상기 회로에서 처리된 신호로부터 상기 γ-선에 의하여 상기 광전 변환 수단에서 발생한 광자를 계수한 수에 대응되는 신호를 출력하는 γ-선 계수기를 포함한다.
