PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decellularized treatment solution and a method for producing a decellularized tissue using the same, which result in less damage of the surface of the tissue, less reduction of proteins and polysaccharides (glycosaminoglycans etc.) thereon, and the production of the decellularized tissue with high biocompatibility.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a decellularization treatment solution used for decellularization treatment of an animal-derived tissue (D).
