PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle assembly capable of suppressing blood leak.SOLUTION: A needle assembly includes a transparent or translucent housing 412 including an inlet end of a fluid, an outlet end 416 of the fluid, a flashback chamber 426, and a ventilation mechanism between them. Cannulas 436, 452 of the inlet and the outlet arrayed approximately in an axial direction are extended from the housing 412 and communicated with the chamber. A sealable sleeve 461 covers the external end of the outlet cannula 452.
