According to the present invention, the skin applied with the acne treatment preparation composed of the ALA or the acne treatment preparation containing the ALA is exposed to the light having the wavelength of 400-500 nm or the wavelength of 600-700 nm, thereby minimizing a side effect on the skin by selectively and effectively damaging a sebaceous gland, and improving an effect on an acne treatment.
