The present invention relates to an automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation device. The automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation device comprises: a bottom plate which supports the back of a user； a chest compression unit which is positioned in the upper part of the bottom plate, and compresses the chest of the user； and a plurality of supports which are combined with both sides of the bottom plate respectively, and support the chest compression unit. A connection loop formed at one end of the support is combined with a connection rod formed on the bottom plate. In addition, the connection loop comprises: at least one pressure sensor which is positioned in the lower part of the connection rod, and measures pressing force generated when being in contact with the connection rod； and a sensor fixation unit which supports the pressure sensor. Thus, the present invention is to provide a technology for preventing damage to the chest of a patient when automatically carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and a technology for preventing damage to a device due to overload during operation of automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
