PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, a colored-bean extract extracted from colored beans and a fraction thereof, for preventing and treating vascular diseases, and to provide an antithrombotic composition.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating vascular diseases through the inhibition of platelet aggregation, containing a colored-color extract extracted using a combination of water or a 5-25% (v/v) C-Calcohol and an organic acid, and a fraction thereof. The vascular diseases to be targeted are one or more selected from the group consisting of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, anemia, and migraine.
