Some embodiments of a device include: a first rigid portion having a first non-linear inner profile； A second rigid portion having a second internal profile generally facing the first internal profile； And a coupling portion that couples the first and second portions together, while permitting relative movement of the first and second portions between the clamped position and the unclamped position.
