The present invention relates to a device for fixing a tool in an intestine part. According to the present invention, the device for fixing a tool in the intestine part is used to fix and surround a tool, which is installed in the intestine part for anastomosis protection, from the outside after a surgery operation including a process of cutting a tubular organ. The device has a strip-shaped body with a predetermined thickness and width. The body is made of a biodegradable material or a non-absorbent material not acting as a foreign substance in the body. Both edges on the body in a width direction have flexible shapes not to damage the outer surface of the intestine part upon coming in contact with the intestine part. The strip-shaped device has flexible ends on both sides of the strip-shaped structure to fix and surround the tool installed in the intestine part for anastomosis protection from the outside of the intestine part after the surgery operation including the process of cutting the tubular organ. A tool is fixed to the exterior of the intestine at an appropriate pressure to maintain the organ walls without affecting the organ. Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the intestinal necrosis due to an excessive pressure to the intestines from a conventional fixing band or intestinal erosion due to the sharpness of edge parts of the fixing band.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 장관내 기구 고정장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 장관내 기구 고정장치는 관형태의 장기의 절제 수술 후 문합부위 보호를 위해 장관 내에 설치되는 기구를 장관의 외부에서 감싸서 고정하기 위한 고정장치로서, 소정 두께와 폭을 가지는 띠 형태의 몸체를 가지며, 상기 몸체는 생분해성 물질 또는 비흡수성물질로 인체내에서 이물 반응이 없는 재질로 구성되고, 몸체의 폭방향의 양 가장자리는 장관의 외표면에 접촉되었을 시 장관의 외표면에 상처를 입히지 않도록 유연한 형태로 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 관형태의 장기의 절제 수술 후 문합부위 보호를 위해 장관 내에 설치되는 기구를 장관의 외부에서 감싸서 고정하기 위한 띠 형태의 고정장치의 띠의 양 가장자리가 유연한 형태로 되어 있어, 기구를 장기의 외부에서 고정하되, 적당한 압력으로 고정하여 장기의 장벽의 형태를 유지하면서 장기에는 영향을 주지 않게 된다. 이에 따라 종래 고정용 밴드에서와 같은 장에 필요 이상의 압력을 가하게 되어 장이 괴사되는 문제나 고정용 밴드의 양측 가장자리 부위의 날카로움에 의해 장이 침식되는 문제 등을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
