PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tubular body in which electrolytic polishing can be achieved evenly uniformly by a simple method in the electrolytic polishing of the tubular body.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tubular body is characterized by comprising the following (a) step and (b) step at least one time or more. The method comprises: (a) the step of supporting the inner surface of the tubular body from inside by an anode conductive member coming in electrical contact with the tubular body, and electro-polishes an outer face of the tubular body; and (b) the step of supporting the outer face of the tubular body from the outside by the anode conductive member coming in electrical contact with the tubular body, and electro-polishes an inner surface of the tubular body.
