PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution self-injection system for reliably performing the filling of medical solution to be additionally injected, when an additional injection of the medical solution is required, allowing a patient himself/herself to simply and reliably perform the additional injection of the solution, and, after the patient performs the self-injection of a prescribed amount of medical solution, capable of regulating a time (a lockout time) till it becomes possible to perform a next self-injection of the prescribed amount of medical solution.SOLUTION: A medical solution self-injection system 1 comprises: a medical solution storage container (a medical solution bottle) 4 for storing a medical solution flow rate regulation means 3 for regulating a flow rate of the medical solution and a medical solution injection device 2 allowing a patient to perform the self-injection.
