The present invention relates to a device for sterilizing a medical device by generating ozone and inputting the same into a sterilization room. Air in a sterilization room was collected using a simple fan and input into an ozone generating device before. According to the present invention, air is pressurized and input into an ozone generating device using an air compressor to rapidly provide ozone gas to a sterilization room. So, sterilization time is reduced.
