PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometry instrument having improved accuracy of compression control of inner pressure of a cuff.SOLUTION: A tube 30 communicating with a cuff 20 is connected to a connection unit 2. A ventilation path 3 communicates with the connection unit 2. A pressurization/depressurization unit 4 executes at least one of air feeding to the cuff 20 through the ventilation path 3 and air discharging through the ventilation path 3 to increase or decrease inner pressure of the cuff 20. A first control unit 5 makes the pressurization/depressurization unit 4 start air feeding while making the pressurization/depressurization unit execute air discharging to make the state of the inner pressure of the cuff 20 shift from a transient state to a steady state or the steady state to the transient state. A determination unit 6 determines whether the state of the inner pressure of the cuff 20 has shifted to the steady state via the transient state. A second control unit 7, on the basis of the determination of the determination unit 6, makes the pressurization/depressurization unit 4 suppress or stop the air discharging while continuing the air feeding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】カフ内圧の加圧制御の正確性が改善された血圧測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】カフ20に連通するチューブ30は、接続部2に接続される。通気路3は、接続部2に連通している。加減圧部4は、通気路3を通じたカフ20への送気と、通気路3を通じた排気の少なくとも一方を実行することにより、カフ20の内圧を上昇または低下させる。第一制御部5は、加減圧部4に排気を実行させつつ送気を開始させ、カフ20の内圧を過渡状態から定常状態、または定常状態から過渡状態にする。判定部6は、カフ20の内圧が過渡状態を経て定常状態に遷移しているかを判定する。第二制御部7は、判定部6の判定に基づき、加減圧部4に送気を継続させつつ排気を抑制または停止させる。【選択図】図1
