According to the present invention, the lower link clearance adjusting apparatus comprises: a hollow fixated pipe； a movable shaft connected to the fixated pipe in a sliding manner to be expanded or contracted； and a fixating pin to connect the fixated pipe and the movable shaft to each other. A through-hole is formed at one end of the fixated pipe to allow the movable shaft to access. A fastening hole having an inclined sliding surface is formed on the movable shaft at regular intervals to fit the through-hole in order in the expansion and contraction of the movable shaft.
