PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which can associate an actual position of an object and a tomographic image with each other automatically and appropriately and can display appropriately a tomographic image corresponding to an actual position, which a user such as a doctor desires to confirm, of an object.SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: a storage device 2 storing imaging data imaging an object to which plural imaging markers are stuck； a detection device 4 detecting plural detection markers stuck at positions corresponding to sticking positions of the plural imaging markers of the object； a transformation matrix calculation section 12 calculating a transformation matrix coordinate-transforming the position on an image and the actual position with the positions of the plural imaging markers on the image contained in imaging data and the actual positions of the detected plural detection markers as corresponding points； and an image generation section 13 generating a tomographic image corresponding to the designated actual portion of the object by using the calculated transformation matrix based on the imaging data； and a display device 5 displaying the generated tomographic image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
